bought dodge caravan traded my buick in they were to pay balance off 3 weeks later i am still making my buick payments this next week i am suspose to start my dodge payments but am still paying the buick payments i have been in touch with them all they can say is refuse to make buick payments but credit union says it will go against my credit rating i am fed up they put a warranty on new csr $5000 and tell me i have to take my car to them for all maintenance i dont have time to go to lima all the time work midnights live in ... read more
I’ve always heard different stories from different people about going here but I really think that just depends on the person and the situation they are in . I was very happy with my experience they were willing to work with me and I left the lot with a 2015 Dodge Dart that I extremely happy with.
We had an amazing experience with Justin Nance. He was very patient and stayed late with us to make sure all our questions were answered, when we bought my car. He was so awesome, we even made the hour and 45 minute drive again to buy my husband a truck. We highly recommend Justin to anyone looking to purchase a car.
Well I had bought a 2016 Kia Rio about a week and half ago. I bought it on a Saturday, and by Tuesday it was dying on me. When I told the service guy (Tim Main) he said there was nothing wrong with it. Within 20 mins after picking the car up because the car shook horribly which it was doing when the salesman test drove it with me. They tried to make me pay for that as well. However within 20 mins after picking it up I was broke down down on the side of a highway, and had to call roadside assistance.

Most amazing experience I've ever had at a dealership! Brett and Jason were amazing with helping a speedy sign in deal for me. Not to mention the other two gentlemen who were dancing with my child for enetertainment! Will definitely recommend this dealership to any and everyone 😁
