Salesman James Couldn't ask for a better salesman James Leasure was great . He was polite and done everything he could to get me into the right car.
Wonderful experience I enjoyed lance he was very helpful. Helped me find the car that was in my needs he also made sure I was happy. Hospitality was great they really showed they cared. I got to pick which color car I wanted instead of him picking it for me. Lance is awesome so I will recommend people in the future I referred my mother already to you guys and she is also satisfied with the vehicle she picked.
Dishonest employees-Taylor Hyundai in Toledo This review is for Taylor Hyundai in Toledo, not the Perrysburg location. I scheduled a test drive for an Elantra at the Taylor Hyundai in Toledo. I specifically was told by the salesperson Chad Klutter that the car was at the Toledo location. Bought car I was treated well when I first got there . After I was there a little while they started to get a little pushy. I dont know if I would have made the same choice if they were not so pushy.
Satisfied customer Was not pushy, didn't down talk other name brand cars that I was interested in. Was patient with my daughter and myself when we needed discussing time.
