My white Cloud review The dealer was excellent this time. My 1st car though I felt cheated. They took me through the whole negotiated deal and it was great. Incompetent I bought my 2015 Sonata Eco elsewhere and learned that there was a recall on it. I scheduled an appointment with Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg and they confirmed that the part was in for the recall. Two days later I arrived for my appointment after driving 45 minutes strait there after work to give them enough time to work on it. The service scheduler said that they didn't have the part I needed in stock. New car sevice We bought a new Equus and part of the purchase promise is concierge service with a equus as a loaner. They do not provide the service as promised. We have only had them provide service 2 times and only after raising a stick about it. Very disappointed. They sold us the car and which is the top of line the offer and after paper work was completed they forgot what the promised as a dealer.
Leased New Hyundai Excellent dealership overall. We Have purchased 4 Hyundais from the Taylor dealership. The service department is accommodating & excellent too. They even pick up and/or drop you off for service if needed.
