Review of James I had an excellent experience at the dealership. I got the best deal and I am happy with my purchase! Coming from out of town I felt my time was valued and I was able to get back on the road to Columbus prior to having to work early he next day.
Excellant customer care From the moment I walked thru the door, I felt important. While I was waiting for an approval, all sales people passing by said hi, asked what car I was buying and if I would like water. I felt very important.
Outstanding dealership We have been customs of Taylor Hyundai since 2009. We purchased three vehicles so fat. Our experience during the sales has consistently been good and the service department is Outstanding in every respect. In fact our very first purchase was prompted by the attitude and quality of the Service Department and its manager at that time, Tom Brown, who has since been promoted to head all of Taylor Automotive Service Departments. We now deal consistently wth James Snyder who is a pleasure to deal with.
My Blue Sonata I love everything about my car and the color is my favorite thing about it!!😊 We are planning to purchase the car after the lease.

Perrysburg Experience My wife and I have enjoyed our experiences over the past 3.5 years at Perrysburg from maintenance to car purchases. Initially, for this particular car leasing experience we attempted to use the Toledo location (though we always used Perrysburg) because that location is closest to where we live; long story short we didn't have the experience we were expecting after spending over 2 hrs there. Staff leaves a little to be desired Joe Logan was great! Norm was great! Could leave the rest of the staff behind. It's a shame they are the only Hyundai dealership in town.
Good Car Shopping Experience I first contacted someone online to ask a few questions, and they scheduled an appt. for me at their Central Ave. store - when I arrived, Jake greeted me promptly and with a smile, so that was very appreciated. I had the car I wanted in mind, so we didn't spend a lot of time discussing various models, etc. He presented a 2017 Tucson in white, which I really liked, so we then discussed leasing terms.
