I recently had two rings appraised by Alexandra at Taylor Hall jewelry and appraisal. She was helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Appointment day I dropped off my rings and within a couple of hours I had my rings back sparkling brighter than ever before. The experience was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

I was in town moving my mom and needed a couple of items appraised. It was super easy to set up an appointment. Alexandra needed the items for just a couple of hours and then I could pick them up. She explained the whole appraisal process in easy-to-understand terms and had the appraisal completed in the timeframe she said it would be done. She is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend her without hesitation.
