Called on the phone and said what I was looking for, then said I'd just come in on the weekend and see in person. They remembered my dimensions and my name and treated me extremely friendly. I dealt with Elizabeth and she was a rock star! I got the color I wanted, the right pad and even better - $228 CHEAPER than a price I got at another place on South Tamiami Trail right next to the 8 Ball. Definitely looking forward to buying there again!
Taylor Carpet One on Palm Beach Blvd in Ft. Myers treated one of my relatives with great disrespect. They took three weeks to complete installing laminate in one small bedroom. The installer incorrectly estimated the amount of material needed TWICE which slowed the process to a crawl. Promised phone calls were never made. The installer looked inside my relatives' personal property. The finished product does not match the rest of the floors in the home. This job was an epic fail.
Took way to long to install new flooring, miscalculated needed material. Second time I told the installer to forget it, I was not making another call and just wanted my closet back in order'
Had a problem with a carpet and Taylor replaced it . Cant ask for more than that.
