What we thought was going to be an easy project, ended up to be a costly and lengthy one. To replace our bedroom carpet with vinyl, was a very big hassle. The person who surveyed our room should have known the floor would need to be leveled. Once we were in the project , it was difficult to change companies. Every time another charge came, I had to go through extensive measures to use the same credit card I had been using all along. I wanted to support a local business- but I would never recommend Taylor again

The gentleman that did my tile was great but my wall looks horrible. Not using them for the rest of my house. Glad it was just the bathroom. ���

We had carpet installed on3/21/17. The installers arrived promptly to begin work. The team of Marcos ,Antonio and Griselda were very personable and easy to work with. Carpet was installed in 4 bedrooms, work was done in a timely manner. Clean up was great they even vacuumed and we could not be happier! We will recommend them to any one who is reading this to trust me they are professional's

I just had new carpet put in my condo. The carpet went in 10 days AHEAD of schedule! That was awesome. I think this to be the result of Dale's diligence. I felt he was on top of my project and making sure I was satisfied. The brief interaction I had with the installers was good. The final project was excellent. As the owner of good size service company, I hold my service providers to very high standards, and Carpet One did not let me down.

Rene and Sue at the Lehigh Acres store were very friendly and professional, they went above and beyond in not only helping me pick out a carpet, but also getting it into my vehicle! Thank you both so very much! :)
