Came today out for my birthday meal, to enjoy the impossible meat recently offered. I ordered the enchiladas, and it was so tasty! The chef/owner even added vegan cheese, along with coming out to chat with us! Highly recommend!!

Our family loves to eat at Taxco. Favorites are the guacamole, the beef taco salad, chicken fajitas, and vegetarian tacos with potatoes. And did we mention the guacamole. It’s the best!! Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent portion sizes. - The Nordbrock Family
I love the fish tacos, table-side guacamole and handcrafted margaritas Jesus and Stephanie are so welcoming and the kids love it.

Taxco is amazing! The food is delicious, but what’s even better is the staff, and the owner. Every time I celebrate something this is are go to place. Jesus always makes the experience amazing, and goes out of his way to ensure the best possible experience. 5 stars is not enough to rate this outstanding restaurant! Great food and a large menu with a variety of food and beverages to select from. Fresh homemade tortillas and a great view of downtown Sycamore if you select to sit by window or outdoor in the summer. The owner always greeting his customers and making one feel very welcomed!
