I'll be very honest, I'm very disappointed with this service. I'm actually surprised there is no feedback form provided to clients once you are finished with the service to provide additional detail and thoughts on their experience as well as suggestions for you to take from. I signed up back in Nov 2018 and since then I've been through 4 different matchmakers. This company is unethical to say the least & they do not allow negative/honest reviews to be posted. It took a week for me to get someone on the phone when I had an issue & less than 4 hours for them to report my TrustPilot.com review. If they spent half as much time taking care of customers as they do editing their online negative reviews they’d be much better off. TOTAL SCAM! This explains a lot about the unethical behavior of this company: https://you-reviews.com/tawkify/. If I could give them a zero I would. They ran and hid with my $1397 when I asked for a refund after having my privacy breach by the company.I didn't even have the luxury of date before I had the breach. They will not return my calls or emails - so frustrating. Reported them to the better business bureau in the hopes of reclaiming my money. If that doesn't work then, I'll head to small claims court. I'm a current Tawkify customer. My matchmaker continues to bring me out on dates to places that I cannot eat/drink with my dietary restrictions. In order to ask her a quick question, I have to make an appointment several days in advance. It feels that she curates my dates to the other person’s tastes and not mine. My dates usually know much more about me than I do about them. She also contacts them directly after my dates and waits a week to talk to me about how it went. I have completed 5 out of the 6 dates I paid for, and unless something changes dramatically on my last date, I would conclude this company is a scam- total waste of money. The sales people will tell you they have a huge database to select from- this is a lie. The matchmakers are essentially going to the same online websites you would go to on your own to screen for people.
