On September 15, 2023, I purchased a “Client 3 Match Experience” for $4,100 to be matched with three dates in a year. The salesperson pushed for me to purchase the more expensive membership. However, Tawkify is unable to successfully match me with the thousands of dollars membership for which there is a guarantee and does not want to provide a refund; rather they want me to change my standards so they can provide a match based on who they currently have in their pool of matches. The Salesperson intentionally made multiple... read more

Tawkify is refusing to honor my credit despite purchasing a refundable package unless I basically sign something. I was matched with someone who showed up intoxicated made me completely uncomfortable inappropriately touched me. The fact that this is the type of person I was matched with is appalling and to add insult to injury they refuse to reimburse me. Disgusting service. Do not use them!

I've given this service a few years, and it has only gotten more and more disappointing. Not only are most of the matchmakers unprofessional, but the quality of men is horrendous! They advertise the good-looking, successful men, and that is not the case AT ALL. I am not a paying customer, but on the rolodex in case I am a fit for a paying customer. The date I had was the WORST of my life. Tawkify does not show any pictures (which should have been a red flag from the start) while every other matchmaker company I've worked wit... read more

I paid for 12 matches. My matchmaker found me better dates than I ever found on my own. By match 5, she hit the mark! I’ve been dating the man for 6 months now. They are refunding me for the leftover matches, like they said. This isn’t a scam. This is for people who want serious relationships and are ready for an alternative to dating sites. I would highly recommend!

TL;DR: Once upon a time, a person named Eagle who traveled to a hair clinic that boasted a miracle cure for baldness. During the consultation, a doctor examined Eagle’s scalp for a long time, then guaranteed them luscious locks for a small fee of $5K. After the fee was paid, Eagle was told to go home and wait for the results to start working. Three months then passed with no changes, and then one day an envelope arrived with a fake mustache, and a document stating that the transaction had now been completed. The clinic ... read more

Awful! While I was quite pleased with the matchmaker assigned to me, it was months before I realized that customer service had advised my matchmaker incorrectly about the age range of men I was looking for. Even worse, while I live in San Francisco, my matchmaker thought I lived in rural Canada so she was searching for my matches there. Unbeknownst to me, my matchmaker expressed concern to customer service about these critical errors. Instead of a solution being offered to the matchmaker. my account was cancelled. I was ne... read more

I've been canceled 3 times just hours before I was supposed to meet with a matchmaker, my one meeting which took 30 minutes of my time was supposed to turn into a date but never heard back from the matchmaker and now, ythey're trying to interview me again for another match but won't accommodate my schedule because it's not convenient for them. If I were manager or owner of this company, I'd be really pissed that my employees aren't doing a good job for me. But I guess that's the difference between a large company like yours ... read more

Beware!!! Tired of dating apps I decided to pay the $99 fee to become part of Tawkify’s dating Rolodex. After a month I was contacted by a matchmaker who matched me with a man. We had a dinner date where I wasn’t sure if we had anything in common other than intellect so I decided to accept a second date. After the second date and the man making a few rude comments to me, I wrote the matchmaker that I would not like any more dates with this individual. She said, “Thank you for letting me know!” She did not inform him and when... read more

Very disapointing. My experience was that the matchmakers are lackluster and customer service is aloof. Also, they are only able to do geographic searches using 45 miles as the smallest radius. I live in NYC. 45 miles away is FAR!
