After a simple inquiry about the company/services, I decided that Tawkify was too expensive for me at that time. Unbeknownst to me, I was kept in the Tawkify system as a potential match for paying customers. Terrible services. They lied to me and up the price after my interview. I found out their fee is $6500 for 12 matches, but they asked me $15,000 for the same. Their lying excuse was 6k price was 10 years ago, but recent client paid only 6k. Very dishonest and they will steal your money and take advantage of you.

All of these review are absolutely true. Honestly, being single can come with its challenges, but take whatever money you would invest in this company and re-invest it in yourself - seriously. You will come out ahead in the end. The company is an absolute sham. Only proceed with them if your maximum criteria is "a person with a pulse."

Extremely poor service and results. Paid over a thousand dollars for three dates with what I was told would be paying members like myself. Took two months to set up the first date from what I was told was a pool of several hundred thousand paying members like myself. First and only date, they don't tell you who you are meeting until the day of the date and then they only give the first name, was with a friend I've known for years that informed me she was not a paying member. I was charged over $6000 by Tawkify for services I did not authorize. I tried to get into contact via email, the website and phone calls. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau and the response from Tawkify was that they never received any contact. I provided proof of my emails and they did not reply back. Do NOT interact with this company. It is a Scam! They do not do business ethically.

This is a terrible waste of time and money. They took over $6000 from me promising me 24 dates in 12 months. I've had no dates in 2.5 months. Ghosted by my matchmaker who hasn't spoken to me since our initial video interview, when she assured me she would have great matches for me. Customer service will not speak directly to you when you try to get answers as to what is going on. They've taken my money and only given me frustration.

ZERO STARS. I paid the $99 for a year-- to be in the pool of matches for their members. Not one single word from Tawkify. No calls, no emails, no texts. Total silence. This is a scam. Don't give them a dime. Total waste of money. They should be ashamed of their business practices.

I’ve been working with my matchmaker for the past few months. The dates have been awful- from the locations, to the men. One man was looking to move across the country. Another didn’t want children (I have two kids) and didn’t eat gluten, meat, sugar, dairy, and didn’t drink (and we were sent to a French bistro!). I signed up and paid my money ($1497). I had a very poor experience with the matchmaker. She was unprofessional, disinterested and told me I would be very difficult to match because of my geographic location (this was not a problem when the company rushed to take my money). After an entire month of back and forth emails, the company agreed to refund me my money. Now, 1 month later- still no refund. This is a warning to all new customers ! Do not sign up with Tawkify, You are one phonecall away from losing $1500 !
