Great atmosphere, okay food, not the best service
My family and I were very disappointed at the level of customer service at TOG during a recent visit. We asked for a outside table and were seated in about 10 minutes. We waited another 10 minutes before our waiter appeared. We ordered drinks and were considering ordering dinner. Our drink order was incorrect, but our waiter assured us that he would have the correct drinks when we ordered our next round. Took 30 minutes to be seated in a near empty restaurant for a 5:30 reservation. Our table was a 2 top with a chair and a bench seat. Bench seat was on a split between 2 cushions and was very uncomfortable. I asked hostess if another table was available . At first she told me no even though the section we were in was empty. Not what I had expected. Service started out excellent and went downhill from there to poor. Menu was rather limited in my opinion and food was ok but nothing outstanding. Honestly don't think I would go back
