Visited recently and it was great! Never had the food but the drinks served by Mary (who was equally as fabulous) were amazing!

My wife and I had a great lunch here last week just prior to an old fashion carriage ride in Central Park. Great atmosphere and service and our lunch was fantastic.
These people are not Service dog friendly. The manager we delt with was pretentious, condescending and downright rude. If it were not for NYPD's finest we would not have been let in. What they did was against the federal ADA's laws regarding service animals.I was point blank told by the manager since I didn't have a visible disability we couldn't come in. There's really good food and the waiters are really considerate. The ambience gets especially nice during the nighttime when all the lights come on and the entire setting's pretty nice. It doesn't get better than this just to eat dinner in NYC.
We had 745 dinner reservations. It's now 953 and we are at Patsy's pizza because we never got served. Here's how the night went. We arrived on time. We asked to sit outside and were politely told that will take longer and we will be texted when our table was ready. We sat near the bar and ordered drinks. 30 minutes later we checked backed in at the front desk. They said they had texted us. We never got a text. No big deal. We sat inside. We ordered food by 830. The absolute worst customer service and worst food while I was in NY. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I went for mother's day with 3 other people. We had a new waiter that was horrible. We had rib eye steaks that were dry and tough. The waiter never came back to check on us. For $400. We should have been offered a drink or something. I called 4 times and asked to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back no call yet. Very sad experience. Will never return.
