Tavern on the Green was requested by my 13 year old daughter after she saw it in a movie. At first, the ambiance is breathtaking, then the service was very attentive. We went for lunch and I had the salmon burger with sweet potato fries and the food is amazing. The new management has done a great job with this place and there is not a bad seat in the resturant. You see the beautiful Central Park from every table. I highly recommend it.

A must see and experience in NYC. Classic and great service.
Such a fantastic dinner! Food was delicious. Ambiance was phenomenal, watching the sun set over Central Park behind the twinkling patio lights. Magnificent.

We did the St. Patrick's day brunch and it was fantastic. The food selection, buffet-style was plentiful and delicious. The Guinness was fresh and cold and pouring your own pint made it special. The staff was attentive and the overall vibe was energetic. Had a great time and hope to return for brunch or dinner.
