RecommendedThis was by far the best new car buying experience I have every had. I have always dreaded walking into a dealership, but the atmosphere and vibe here is totally different. Everyone, from our salesperson Jason, to the Sales Manager, to the Finance Manager treated us with utmost respect. This was the first car I looked at and I ended up buying it. The car had a full tank of gas, and was cleaned before they handed it over. All in all a pleasant experience.
Recommended5/5–Go see Jordan he is a fantastic salesman with great personal service experience. ( I’m kind of difficult to deal with, 😂)and he was very good to me in spite of that. Very patient. And Robert in finance made the worst part of the deal go smoothly and Was very explanatory throughout the whole process. Neither one of these men were pushy in anyway and that made the experience wonderful. I will definitely buy another car from here
This place is terrible. We purchased a vehicle from them on trade during a Labor Day deal they had. They did not follow through with the advertising, they did not give us what they promised for our trade ins. I got a call today that our paperwork hasn’t been completed and they didn’t know which plates they put on our new vehicle. And we are being charged for this months payment on the loan for the car we traded in because they haven’t gotten the paperwork done yet! I regret ever doing business with them. RecommendedI recommend Kunes for their friendly and knowledgeable service. They were able to find me a new (for me) vehicle when mine was falling apart ( and still got trade in $$), Had not so great credit rating and no money to put down. They were even able to keep the monthly payment low enough for me.
Bought a new vehicle. Got 1 key. was told after 4 trips out there and back that Ben(the Sales person we had) had mailed it. Told him we never received it. his response was not my problem what the mail service did with it once I put it in the mail. Called back and talked to Jason who said the key was still there to come pick it up and he would fill our gas tank. Go to get the key at the scheduled time well Jason isnt even there. I had a HORRIBLE experience at this dealership! Primarily due to the lying scammer Jason! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them! Totally disgusted! This kind of treatment is what gives car dealers a BAD NAME! He even followed me outside to confront me and told me to tell him what I felt to his face! You CAN’T INTIMIDATE ME JASON! You are an unprofessional jerk !!!
