Great people to deal with and a fantastic price. They deserve 6 stars. I will be a repeat customer at Kunes County.
I took my truck there because it had a recall on it. The older gentleman in parts and services looked it up and found out there was actually 3 recalls. We made an appointment and got them fixed right away. Everybody had great customer service. Will be back when the time is right.
Bought a used SUV (2007 Expedition) there 18 months ago. Got a fair price and the people there seemed good to deal with. My issue is that I was told the vehicle had been gone over, had a complete tune-up, and all plugs replaced, etc. That was a nice selling point and helped make the decision easier. Turns out it was a complete lie. Started having misfire issues recently and brought it in to another shop. All the plugs were original to the vehicle and have never been touched. I drove my '16 Wrangler to the service department because I was having problems starting it. They got it in immediately and within 2 hours it was fixed after they found the battery was bad.
