My husband and I went to the Kunes to do a lease buy out on a Jeep Renagade at first we were going to do a loan. The salesman took our information then he went to the finance person never asking if we planned on putting any money down or not. Let me say that we didn’t speak to financial person until we had been there an hour and half. He then finally comes out of his office to get my information cause I’ll need to be on the loan. Definitely my best experience ever buying a car. Knowledgeable staff very helpful friendly and professional. No games. Straight forward with all the options and so helpful when I was clueless. Great selection and options to choose from. Ryan was always prepared for my arrival and ready for whatever reason I was there for. I REALLLY appreciate the non hassle of car buying here. The people at Kunes were amazing to work with! Buying a new car can be scary but they made the whole process smooth and painless. I personally worked with Jordan on buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and it couldn't have gone any better. Jordan got me exactly what I wanted and was super helpful with everything.
