One sales rep told us the car was sold another told us the car was available a 3rd told us it was sold. No one seemed to know what was going on.

Good group at Tasca (ford) in Berlin CT. Easy to deal with, straight forward, and got me a great loan to finance the car. I'm very pleased, and give high marks to this dealership. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a purchase.

Jen was polite and professional. The dealership has a "no discussion" policy about a $500 stocking fee, and does not provide certification (Certified Pre-Owned) as most other Ford dealers do with Ford pre owned cars.

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold the truck that I put money on behind my back and lied about it. Stay away from this dealership!
