Would give 0 stars if I could. Had to drive 100 miles one way after confirming by email and phone for the availability of the vehicle 2 days in a row and they had transferred the vehicle to another location. Apparently no one there knew about the inventory till I reached. To top it all they did not have another similar car to show either. Horrible experience.

Dealer pulled the Bait & Switch, told me the car was available the evening of 7/3/17. Was there the morning of 7/5/17 at 9am and told the car was sold earlier in the day. (they open at 9) I asked to see the car and was told it was no longer there. I should have walked out at this point, my mistake. Found an other car at one of their out of state dealers, left a deposit to have them move, told me it would be there at 4pm and they would call. At 5:30, I called to find out if it arrived. Very pleased with the customer service my wife and I received from both the sales manager and salesman. They were honest and willing to work with us. We didn't end up purchasing the car but would go back without hesitation in the near future. First class operation all around.
Very friendly but there was some pressure to buy when I wasn't ready.

I had an appointment set up to buy the car. Before I went on the test drive with the salesmen Larry. The Sales Manager Alan came and approached me at the car. He informed me that someone else wanted to purchase the same car. The person didn't have a deposit on the car. So when I returned Alan was very rude and told me someone else had put money down while I was on my test drive. Alan was very rude and unprofessional. While a final deal could not be reached, the overall experience was good. Jennifer in internet sales was excellent and Ken, a newer salesman was pleasant and professional. Roger the sales manager was pleasant but as is typical in the auto industry, too much focus on payment and not on net costs. I was already prequalifed at 2.89 so rate/payment was irrelevant. Car was owned by a smoker. Nobody said anything about it. Didn't smell it at first but next day the smell definitely was noticeable from the vent. Still stinks. Make sure they don't charge you for some be service they do to you car, like nitrogen gas for tires.
