After setting up an appointment to look at the truck I was assured the truck would be out front waiting for me to look at. I arrived at the set time and what do you know the trucks not up front.. not so bad right. Well i go inside and talk to a salesman told him i was there to look at this truck. The salesman goes over to the key machine and guess what...no key!! goes around to all the desks checking for the keys and nothing. No price negotiation. Let's call it No Hassle pricing. High Dealer doc fees and vin etch is apparently mandatory make the already high asking price almost $1000 more. MA and RI dealers ar 1/3 to 1/2 the doc fees and vin etch is optional. FYI there is no CT law that fixes the Doc fee. It's apparently a "coincidence" that they all seem to be $598 or more.

Bait and switch. The car just came on already sold they said, then tried selling me cars way above what I was looking for. Funny thing that car was on for a couple of months.

Well.... I called for the Infiniti Journey and got a call back from a Jennifer (apparently there are too many Jennifer’s to find the one) then spoke to two other people about coming to see it, and they said they would call back! And never did, I guess that meeting lasted a while smh. All I wanted to know was what the cash price was and if it was negotiable. I got $ so hey lost out on a deal! Smh
The price of the vehicle I wanted came from their Seekonk location where it was priced 17k and Berlin wanted 20k.
