They admitted to illegally towing my vehicle, when they legally have to run tour plates and vin before towing. After showing ownership denied my access, will not take electronic documents and tossed my phone back at me, denied receiving insurance id cards and binder after my insurance (geico)emailed and faxed it twice. And the information, their own signage above the window, that your not allowed to see the people through, they posted them selves is not legit!
