Had an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. They saw me right away. Everyone was pleasant. The staff member that assisted me to receive my new glasses was Lee and she eas very helpful. I didnt plan on getting new glasses but she took the initiative to look at all my insurance benefits and advised me to use them. Granted, I had to spend a few dollars that I didnt intend to but she was super informative and was courteous in her delivery so I bought a new pair that I can wait to wear.
Lee was very friendly and smiling. She take the time to answer all my questions.
