I've had Kaiser my whole life, and was very wary about coming here. However, I didn't have much of a choice because it was a last minute appointment. I am so glad I gave it a try! This clinic was one of the best experiences I've had with Kaiser hospitality. It's always good, but this place was great. The front desk nurse and the nurse practitioner that helped me out were extremely comforting, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely come here again.
This Kaiser clinic is a joke and I’m not understanding on why it’s not closed why is it I scheduled my son a appointment here 4 times and they couldn’t help or they cancelled the appointment the nurses are rude and roll their eyes as soon as they see they have a patient this entire staff needs to be cleared out and hire new people who take their jobs serious this is ridiculous
I was very impressed by the service I received at your Montclair Clinic. Lauren Lo NP and Gabriela Sanchez LVN were very caring, professional and thorough. I would recommend this Kaiser Clinic highly. One of my best Kaiser experiences ever!
