I got test done with them and it’s been a week and they will not answer any calls. They canceled my first appointment, then proceeded to tell me they have my results but can’t give them to me until the doctor is in. I have called multiple times they have not picked up once, I left voicemails they have not called back once. I am having serious health issues and I am getting no answers from the only people who can give them to me.
Today I had an endoscopy! I was beyond terrified since I’d never had to do something like this! All in all I have nothing but nice things to say! From the guy who checks you in all the way up to anyone who took care of me until I got to the truck they were all the sweetest and greatest medical staff I have ever had! My RN definitely helped calm my nerves, he was beyond nice, and made us laugh the whole time! I kinda forgot why I was there for a few! Unprofessional and incompetent are the first two words that come to mind when describing my experience with this place. My sister just had an endoscopy done here a week ago and when they prescribed her a medication and she was told to go pick it up, she went there and was told that the doctor hadn't signed off on it. They never answer the phone and I’ve called and left voicemails with no response back. They respond to the reviews though but only with a copy paste oh we don’t care but here’s another number to call since we don’t answer our phone🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 lol such a joke it’s laughable
So my oncology Dr orders me to have a scope every year for the next five years. Because I have had cancer. He sends the orders to red rock they wouldn’t schedule it because they said I wasn’t due for one. I then have to reach out to my Dr. to have them call just to get a schedule.
