They never answer the phone and I’ve called and left voicemails with no response back. They respond to the reviews though but only with a copy paste oh we don’t care but here’s another number to call since we don’t answer our phone🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 lol such a joke it’s laughable
So my oncology Dr orders me to have a scope every year for the next five years. Because I have had cancer. He sends the orders to red rock they wouldn’t schedule it because they said I wasn’t due for one. I then have to reach out to my Dr. to have them call just to get a schedule. They call me 45 min before my appt to tell me it's canceled! I have been dealing with issues that make it to where I can't work or sleep. I asked to have the provider or another provider call me so we can try to move forward rather than waiting until the end of the week and the scheduler just repeats that won't work. Way to go team make me feel like my issues dont matter to anyone over there 5 stars for lack of empathy. And if im able to find some place else you won't see me again.

Called to make a appointment to be in Cedar City. Front office people who answered where so kind and polite at Redrock. My appt was with Dr. Flannery. He was very nice and caring. Everyone at intermountain Hospital are very friendly.
