I have been trying for 3 weeks to make an appointment for a procedure following a doctor's referral, and they do not answer their phone. They do not call you back. I do not know how they stay in business. It's incredibly unprofessional, frustrating, and disrespectful. Now I'm asking my doctor to send us a referral for someplace that maybe will be responsive, and I get to wait another week or more for that referral to go through. Thanks a lot. People in healthcare are supposed to care about the patients.
I have spent a week now trying to get ahold of anybody from Jenna Crocketts office. I have left messages with no return call. I called this morning countless times with no answer. Im a week late on a dose of medicine that is critical for me to have so I can live a normal life. I cant even begin the process of battling the insurance to cover my medicine and then apply for a Co pay card so I can afford the absurd $11.000 every two weeks. This cant even begin until someone from this building answers the phone!
Despite ongoing and worsening symptoms I was told ultimately to “take care”. I continue to suffer & my Dr was not interested in finding answers.
