Just couple days ago my brother met with robert shuman aka bob, my brother asked about property in 240 south st philly and also asked about an apllication, they already talked about price which is $2000 a month then yesterday 6/17 my brother went to his office in 1502 south st trying to submit the application but bob was not around and spoke with lady name Rosa who claimed to be bob broker. I've been renting apts and homes since my days in college i'm 33 now. Tara Management has been the worst company to deal with. It's easy to fall in love with a new place, but when you get taken advantage of it really hurts. Tara Management are CROOKS, to say the least, the contract was misleading an at the end of my lease they stole money from my girlfriend and I.
