Hell no, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I have never had as much red tape from this company as I have w/this one. If you have parents that want to cosign, tell them to go somewhere else, they only care about their fees, and they lie about the registration and then tried to push additional charges. They deny your application, I have moved into places in days compared to this place do not waste your time. Rogues can go eat a rotten cannoli! 100%
My experience with Beverly Rosa at Tara Management has been nothing but stellar. She responded to my online inquiry within an hour, set up time that day for me to see the property and from the start it felt personal, friendly and honest. I loved the house and signed the paperwork within two days, and the process was so simple.
