I had a plumbing emergency and of the dozen places I called, Tappendorf was the only one that would come out that say. Every single other place had a 4 day wait. Great customer service & Zack was the sweetest serviceman.
Installed a new sump pump. The tech broke the plexiglass that covered the pit so he had to leave to get another one and a new pump. You'd think the new pump would've been on his truck. He also purchased items that the install didn't require. I should've watched him pull out the old pump. He said it was leaking oil which caused it to fail, yet there was no oil pumped out of the pit until he put the new one in. There was no sign of oil or oil smell outside until he put the new one in. Bob and his crew are absolutely amazing. I spoke with Bob on a Thursday after being without plumbing for 4 days. I spoke to a few companies prior and had an appointment set for the following Tuesday just to take a look because that was the earliest I thought I could have anyone there. When Bob reached out he said “no, we can be there Friday with the camera to get a look at what we’re dealing with and be back on Monday to start work. This is an emergency”.
