Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and the leasing office is always helpful in whatever questions I have. I recommend living here, it has so far been a great place to stay!
Verified Renter Would not not recommend and it has traumatized me to the point I am renting a house. There was mold that took months to fix, ac constantly broke in the summer. Issue after issue including workers smoking and leaving cigarette butts for dogs to eat. Never would rent here and would never recommend it to anyone.
Verified Renter We have lived here about a year and can't complain about anything except for the parking issue. Only a small issue at times! Maintenance is top notch! Any problems we have had, they are here within 24 hours or less. Apartment is GREAT!!! Would 100% recommend! Very quiet where we are and we enjoy our space. Special shout out to the neighbors that looked for our dog when she got out. Unfortunately, she was never found but one neighbor went over and beyond to look for her. We are super satisfied!
Verified Renter We love living here, beautiful community and great location being so close to the swamp rabbit trail. Maintenance is responsive and quick, front staff is nice and tries to get to you know you well. Cute events about every month too.
