Verified Renter This is a very nice community to live in and it’s very quiet out here as well. The amenities are nice. Anytime there is a question that I have it’s always answered in a timely manner and the maintenance crew out here stays on top of things as well.
Verified Renter No complaints so far (we've only been here a few weeks so take it with a grain of salt) Staff was communicative during move-in process, maintenance team has been great/prompt both times we've called them, valet trash service is very nice. Great amenities. Very quiet, shaded, safe-feeling neighborhood. Walking distance to a park and SRT.
Verified Renter I have been a resident here since July 2020. My experience has been great! The apartment itself is very beautiful as well as the location. If you have a dog, It's a great place to walk being very close to legacy Park.
Verified Renter The community is beautiful and everyone seems friendly. I don’t hear anything from my neighbors so I think the walls are pretty thick. Only downsides - The dog park could use a sprucing up and get rid of the mulch that is causing big ant piles in there & it’s hard to actually reach someone in the front office quickly for someone to pick up the phone. Verified Renter The complex is quiet and our apartment is spacious. We love the neighborhood. It's nice to be able to walk to the park, YMCA and Stella's Bistro. And, we're only a 10 minute drive to downtown. A couple of items to improve on: the landscaping, especially in the back of the complex. The front of the complex has nice flowers and straw covering the irrigation system that is no longer in use but the back does not. And, the area around the detention pond needs to be mowed on a regular basis.
