Verified Renter The complex is quiet and our apartment is spacious. We love the neighborhood. It's nice to be able to walk to the park, YMCA and Stella's Bistro. And, we're only a 10 minute drive to downtown. A couple of items to improve on: the landscaping, especially in the back of the complex. The front of the complex has nice flowers and straw covering the irrigation system that is no longer in use but the back does not. And, the area around the detention pond needs to be mowed on a regular basis.
