Verified Renter I really like everything about Tapestry. Great location. Staff is friendly. Great clubhouse with the workout area. The landscape is great and well maintained. Very peaceful. I did however get upset about the multiple pool closings. I only have 2 days a week to enjoy it, and it seemed to be closed on those days. Not the end of the world. Also I love to grill out. The management team has gone through quite a few changes, and with that have come both challenges and improvements. Verified Renter We’ve been here a week and were welcomed with ants in the kitchen and den, a detached and broken dryer vent, shower that won’t drain, and valet has picked up our trash once. Maintenance has been working on emergency since we moved in, so they can’t come to fix anything - but our patience is appreciated… We also had an old water filter when we moved in, but after filing a request, waiting, and then going to the front office a very nice employee came to fix at least that. Verified Renter Great location. Legacy Park and access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail are nearby. Quiet community. Staff is attentive. And, now, NO smoking!! No reason to leave.
Verified Renter Everyone has been so helpful and nice. It's been fantastic. Our care package on move in day was absolutely the greatest down to the hand written letter. The whole process was quick and easy. Probably one of, if not, the best communications I have received when moving into a new apartment.
