worst experience I have ever had, I asked Philip to just do my roots next thing I know he is coloring my hair and I told him I needed him to use ash color because hair turns Orange. He bleached the hell out of my hair and burned it. I had to go to a salon in Denver on my way out of town for my vacation to put a toner on it to remove some of the orange.
