Everyone is so competent and nice who works here.even when they're super busy they always handle things really well
Tao Teaf Leaf at Union Station is not my cup of tea. I tried the strawberry matcha latte with pearls (large size) for around $10 and found it too sweet on the bottom and not very flavorful. I probably won't return to try anything else.
I got an iced matcha latte, it was great, I would give it a 4.2/5. Definitely some of the better matcha in Toronto.
Purchased a chi tea at this location. It wasn't sweet but I was ok with it as I wasn't particularly looking for a sweet drink. However I believe the loose leaf tea they use was not properly strained, as I had more than a usual amounts of loose leaf particles at the bottom of my cup. I also asked for oat milk but I believe I got cows milk. The customer service was ok.
