It took 4hours to be seen. Already knew I had the flu, I was went to confirm and get Tamiflu. So after being there 4 hrs in the waiting room, I get forgotten about after the dr looked at me. Just left me there. They were confused why I was still in the room. They forgot to release me! Went to go get my Tamiflu and they did not call it in. By this time they were closed. The next day was passed the 48hr window so is was then pointless. So in conclusion I still feel like a train hit me.
Always well pleased with the level of service and friendliness from the staff.
The doctor was ok but the MA taking care of wrapping my son's finger was unfriendly and lazy and did an awful job. I had to leave and go across the street to Publix and buy gauze and bandages to wrap it properly.
I got there about 9am and was done and on my way at 9:40am. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. When you feel awful, that is the best you can hope for!
Absolutely the best urgent care ever!!!!! In and out very quickly. Wonderful staff. Will continue to come here for all my family needs.
