Thank you to all the staff at Carrollton Urgent Care for your help today with my sick baby boy. (He tested positive for flu.) Everyone was so helpful, professional, worked as quickly as possible, and were very comforting. One of the nurses was telling me that her little girl tested positive for flu today as well. However, she was still at work, caring for my baby, & making him as comfortable as possible. I am very thankful for all you ladies that were with us today.

This place is horrible. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and a half, and then when I get back there, the nurse was not that friendly, and the Dr. was rude. She told me she would call in my antibiotics, but never did. I had to call back the next day, and the staff stated there was an error calling it in, but that she would check with a nurse to see if she would MIND calling it in. Really???!!! This place is a waste of time and money. I am really disappointed in their service.
It is a joke. Took both of kids and wasted my time and money. Went on a Sunday and still had to go see our doctor on Monday.
I have been to Tanner Urgent Care many times and always have a good experience when seeing Dr. Berg. She takes her time with me and really makes sure she finds out exactly what kind of treatment I need before I leave. The wait time is worth it when I get to see her. She is kind and the type of doctor you want to see after waiting for so long. I can't say much about the other doctor there as she is very rushy and does not listen at all. These 5 stars are specifically for the care I get under Dr. Berg.
We were in there for 2 and hours yesterday and the Dr gave us no med to help my son. We had a miserable night plus he's going back to the Dr today. I'm missing work and he's not much better. I hope I never have to go here again and wouldn't gave this time if the urgent care I normally go to had been open. The only thing great was the front check in lady and the nursing staff. DR WAS TERRIBLE . Also one Dr there and the place was packed!! WAKE UP TANNER!! THIS WHY I DONT USE YOU ON A NORMAL BASIS!!!!
