Only waited 10 minutes, diagnosed my son with strep and was out all together n 30 minutes :) very nice staff and was treated very well!
Worst experience ever! Waited 4 hrs to be told to she would give me Flonase and cough medicine I could get over the counter at the pharmacy. Nurse practitioner not Doctor left to I thought bring me a prescription for an antibiotic and never showed back up. Left with no prescription no anything except wasting over 4hrs for nothing. You are much better of at Walgreens clinic. Don't waste your time these people are a joke!
After waiting an hour and a half here they told me they sent in my prescription. When I get to the pharmacy they tell me I need a written prescription or it has to be called in??? Now I can't get the nurse to call me back from urgent care because they are too busy. Pissed is not the word for what I'm feeling right now.!!!
You would think a doctor would at least look to see if they could find a bit mark before they dismiss a swollen lip as hives and tell the patient a spider doesn't bit lips.
