This is an extremely shady business. I recently applied for a rental property. David Drawdy called me a few days after I submitted my application to inform me there was nothing wrong with my application approval but I was being denied because of my aggressive communication style. I was dumbfounded. The staff (receptionist staff, and listing agent Julia Drawdy) had been short and unprofessional with me. I ignored it. Jason Asa is a selfish, money groveling, unprofessional, rude, spineless, realtor who only thinks of money and getting the house sold and he will do ANYTHING to get HIS WAY- his clients don't know what is going on but in the end when buyers and sellers talk we come to find out how horrible he truly is. I can't believe he is still able to practice.
