Very convenient location walked right in plus seen within 10 minutes
I was called back right away. However it took 45mins for the doctor to come in. I was to only person in the ER that night. The the tech and nurse were great. The doctor however was a little incompetent for me. You have all my medical records in the system. And you don't know what to do or give me. WOW It was fast service on wait time but I was better off going to the main hospital and just waiting to see the doctor there.
Fast for an E.R., I was in a room within 10 minutes and the staff was very nice! I recommend over Brandon Hospital.
I would like to submit a formal complaint against my ER nurse Chris (female) tonight 6/9 from 3-8p. She was awful - from failing to introduce herself or explain herself, inability perform technical skills to sarcastic bedside manner and to a total lack of compassion for her patient - she was the worst. Finishing off with a total lack of integrity or ability for conflict resolution. She lies and exaggerates against the patient to defend her poor care. Please contact me.
