Very ill equipped to handle any volume. Should be called Brandon urgent care. Waited over 2 hrs and no one was called back. Very disappointed. Do not refer anyone here that has more than the common old
Friendly staff, but limited resources to assist you, as well as overcharge you on minimal assistance. If you’re in pain, you are treated like an addict, and if you’re sick, you’re treated like you have the plague. Never returning there again.
Very professional and timely care. Also received a personal call the next day after being treated in the ER for the flu to see how I was doing.
We were seen within 5mins. All staff from registration to the nurses were wonderful. Everyone up to the nurses were very kind.The Nurse Practitioner that came in first was awesome and so very sweet to my 7yr old that was very scared.. I wasn't so fond of the Dr. her bedside manners could use some work. She never once smiled and was very to the point and out the door. Other than the not so nice doc we really were very happy with TGH Brandon.5stars
