I was very impressed with the care I received at this facility. I am a very anxious patient and not knowing what I'm dealing with puts me in near panic attacks. Every person I dealt with was kind, caring and extremely patient with me; they did their best to put me at ease...and it was a tough job to do! Thank you to Dr Saint-Hilaire and the rest of the staff (I'm sorry I cannot recall your names) that interacted with me on Friday, October 12.

The Dr and the Nurse gave piss poor service I was there for 7 hours. Didn't offer a glass of water nor a pain pill I told them my pain level was a 10 my foot is broken and the Dr said she didn't see the swelling, she ask me to wiggle my toes I told her I couldn't she said I can. I wouldn't take my dog there.

Worst service ever come here for sharp pains in my back and they told me I'm walking out with urinary tract infection I don't believe that kind of s*** this place is a joke
I've been coming here since they first opened. They were great at the beginning, but not anymore. I'm still waiting for my son to be called (almost 2 hours). The lobby is pack, they haven't called not one person in since I got here. Not sure wtf is going on.
Don’t want to seem like a broken record, but my wife had the same experience in ER, waited 2 hours just to have iv fluids for dehydration, gave up waiting with 2 others who were there even longer, took her home to hydrate herself. What a joke, and yes security played on his Facebook too
