RecommendedVery nice nurses and doctors. Security was very helpful as well got us a wheelchair. We were not there a long time they got to the point and sent us home with doctors referral. Great place. Definitely will go back vs an ER.
The ER was amazing. Was not expecting to find out I had a kidney stone, but the staff did a wonderful job making sure I was going to be okay. Best hospital experience ever. Thank you everyone.
Amazed at how quickly we were taken care of. All of the staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctor were extremely helpful, professional and kind. If you must go to an ER , I highly recommend TGH Brandon Healthplex. Thank you everyone for the excellent care.
My nurse, paramedic, and clinician were fantastic. They explained everything to my mom and myself and made sure that I was comfortable.
Come in with the flu diagnosed with influenza a only having symptoms for 48 hours and the doctor refuses to prescribe tami flu. Waste of 3-4 hours, better off at a walk in clinic than this place.
Terrible organization yesterday. Only one doctor on staff. Lots of people in scrubs just sitting around. I was taken back to a room, hooked up to vital, gave a urine sample and they took blood then didn’t see anyone for 2 hours and 40 minutes when I walked in the hall and asked for help. I asked them to take my bp and give me my test results. I left AMA. Terribly disappointed with this treatment.
It’s pretty sad when you can come to the hospital and sit for two hours and your initial complaint was you’re having problems breathing and I’m having cramps all on my stomach and my chest and my legs and I sat for two hours and I have to leave to try to go to another hospital because they don’t know how much longer it’s going to be staying here
