I received quick response on a vehicle I was interested in but they asked for $500 and my card information to hold a car I only seen pictures of. Looks can be deceiving

completely wasted my time. called ahead with my details/vin # and was assured we could work together - drove 45 min ea way to be told unless I wanted to put down between 4-5 thousand we couldn't put a deal together. Went to another dealer in Estero, Got a certified car and an additional 5 thousand for my trade in. Felt basically decieved with our phone conversations and won't bother with them again. In his defense, my salesperson Dennis was cordial and polite - however, only the messenger. Overall bad experience...

Dealer salesman has contacted me every day via email. Very profesional. Salesman Hector Ogando has put his availability for me to see the vehicle and test drive. Very good job.

I contacted this dealer about a specific vehicle that had listed on CarGurus. I got an email within about an hour or saying that it would be somebody in touch with me shortly. Sometime later I got an email from a second individual that did not address the vehicle at all that I was inquiring about I had to write to them twice to even get any information on that vehicle even today I'm getting spammed Everyday by different people from the dealership do not contact them unless that you want to get the runaround
