They were fine, price was not what I was willing to spend
Was very interested in a Toyota Avalon they advertised. After contacting the lead manager and told him that, he promised a follow-up call that never happened.
Stayed in contact by following up on a daily basis
None stop calling and texting even after we asked them to stop and we were not interested. Calling 3 to 4 times a day plus 2 txt. Will not contact them again for a truck.

Terrible communication and BAD Business. Salesman told me to check kbb value for my trade in which was $55,000 then proceeded to offer $33,000 based on wholesale auction value.

I am happy to say that my experience with the dealership and our Sales Consultant, Casper, was pleasant. The building was clean, our interactions were respectful, and the process was efficient.
