I pulled into your service dept unannounced yesterday Jan. 5th. My F-150 was loosing oil, lots of oil. Jeremy at the service desk started the work order. Jodi came outside from the Garage, saw the extent of the problem and told me to wait until he could get back to me. Less than 1/2hr later Jodi came in to explain and Jeremy finished the work order. Very helpful, responsive, honest.
I was very interested in this car, but was too far away to test drive. The salesmen I spoke to knew I was interested and as I was trying to work out the deal they sold the car without letting me know first to offer it to me. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
