We were told the car had been inspected by Nissan of mobile .when we left the front was making a noise the windshield wipers were bad .also the tire pressure sensor light was on 3 of the tires were low .no warranty at all.
I’m always satisfied with the service I receive. I found out they wash and vacuum your car,and that’s awesome.....

Not only do they over charge (which I expected but excepted for convenience), they have terrible communication skills. Every time I've called to schedule an appointment they have to update my last name. I've had the same last name for three years. It's hard to get someone to answer the phone. When they take messages, you don't get a call back. If you leave a message, they don't listen to it. Awful experiences the last two times I've been there. Never going back.
1st service on my new Frontier truck. I didn’t have an appointment I was in the area and just dropped by. No problem they worked me in and I was very grateful. Great service..

I am a small business owner who had a customers vehicle have an ECM failure at my shop due to a mistake by a new hire. I was left with no choice but to replace it and take care of my customer's vehicle. Most dealerships could care less about a 10 year old vehicle with 200k miles on it and a tire man who was in a predicament.
