Loved the quail! Great the menu has a few "nontraditional' items to go along with burgers and pizza.
Third time here and I won't be back to eat--EVER. The service is terrible. Server dropped our food on the table and left. Didn't see her again for 15 minutes. "Roasted" vegetables are flash fried. French fries were burned and dripping with grease. Steak was overdone, even though I specifically asked for it to hemorrhage when cut. It was not busy tonight, with only 4 couples in the speakeasy room.
The food was great, loved the beer. Will definitely be back to try different menu items.

Wow!!! Had the chicken tacos in the main room and an 8 bit. Great food, great beer and the bar tender was very cool. Then moved to the little Irish bar in the back. Two more tacos and another 8bit. The waitress was a redhead and I swear I was in Europe. Can I give 6 stars?
Bad food. Great environment. Service was good. But any price is too much for that food. Buffalo wings were dry and meatless. Pizza was like cardboard.
I went to the Taphouse yesterday and ordered the 10oz KC strip cooked extremely rare, told waitress I want to kill the cow on my plate. When my order came to me it was cooked to medium and had to send it back. Once it was cooked right it tasted good. Also waitress came to table a few times but only asked once to refill drinks.
Love the beer! So many flavors and varieties. The prices are great, and the food isn't bad either. EDIT: Had to change my rating from a 5 to a 4. Beer is good but the food not so much. Just about every time I order food, I'm disappointed for one reason or another. This last time I ordered a sandwich with avocado and they brought it out to me with avocado that was black and oxidized. Did not look appealing. Cook mentioned it was just oxidation, but sorry, if I'm going to pay for a meal with avocado, my avocado better be fresh... read more
Great food good and friendly staff and service good drinks only draw back is from a "taphouse" I'd expect to have a much wider array as far as selection. Although don't get me wrong the selection they do have is certainly first class for sure...
