Worst service I've ever had. Went in on a Friday. Sat at the bar right behind the hostesses to have a drink before what we were told was a 20 minute wait for a table. After thirty minutes we turned around to ask them if they'd forgotten us. We got a weak apology with zero attempt to make things right besides giving us one of the three or four open tables. Good food and beer, but they need to serve the full menu at all the bars. They are losing business.
Today I was extremely disappointed. Denied me a order at bar. Should only have appetizers menu if we can't order from menu at bar. Plus they got rid of the best soup velvet rooster.
This place is absolutely a great addition to downtown Manhattan!!!!!
Everything I've eaten there so far has been delicious highly recommended
The food was very good and the atmosphere was good. But the services that we got was very slow and the waiter was horrible. I sure hope they can get there wait stuff together.
Great food and drinks, with a menu of classics as well as food that is original and delicious!
I had the meatloaf sandwich and a beer, which were both delicious. Our table also ordered an app (pretzels) and a dessert (funnel cake), which were okay. Overall it was pretty good. Some room for improvement in the service area, but the manager that talked to us was really nice and accommodating. I am looking forward to going back and trying more of the food!
Excellent food, French fries kind of soggy though. Great beer. Definitely will visit again.
