Way understaffed, slooowwwwww. Missed their chance

I love the food and the staff, but they were messing up everyone's order! Would recommend on a slow day!
I was pleasantly surprised! As an out of towner, i had no real expectations. Sat at the bar and ordered a flight, plus an appetizer. Service from the bartender was good and he was very friendly. If I had one suggestion to make, it would be to upgrade the generic menu design as it doesn't match the quality of the food. The bruschetta was a complete surprise when it arrived...in a good way! Was beyond what i expected when ordering and was delicious. Will eat and drink there again next time I'm passing through.
Stopped in on my way to a show to sample the beer. Service was great and beers were top notch. Ordered the bruschetta expecting bar and grill style food and was pleasantly surprised by a more gourmet style dish. Fantastic presentation and flavor. Looking forward to visiting on future visits to Manhattan.

Food was average for a bar. They didn't have half of the beer we requested. Restaurant was not full, but service was slow. No water was offered, we had to ask for it.
Good beer. They got 3 orders wrong in our group. I also had to wait over 20 minutes on a beer. Bummer.
I enjoyed my food and my beer. Our server appeared to be annoyed that she had to speak to us. I will give it another shot, hopefully with a more polite person providing service.
