Headed home , we stopped at tallgrass tap room in Manhattan ks. This is the fifth brewery on our beer tour. We are sharing a flight and two small plates. We ordered balsamic Brussels : the balsamic reduction was on point and the cook on the Brussels was just right. The second dish was the poutine w/ pork belly and a stout demi glace. It was done to perfection. Apparently they had a mishap and had to retire it so it was a wait but they offered a free beer to each of us for the inconvenience. Oh my goodness the burger and fries were amazing I want to go back again today
It was a mid afternoon pit stop to refill our Growler with yet another premium selection. We were amazed at the FULL HOUSE, but then it was game day in Manhattan and the Church was having a reception. Once seated at the bar, we ordered the Pretzels and a flight to choose a refill. Great service, great food, great people, stop in when you can, it's worth your time.
The service was great and the food was great especially being my first tine there the waitress recommended some great selection I enjoy my time there will be going again soon
I have always enjoyed Tallgrass beer and was very happy with my experience at the Taphouse. The staff was friendly and the beers on tap were excellent!
