I met with an extremely friendly, cheerful, and energetic Nurse Practitioner as a follow-up to a previous office visit. The staff at the front desk and everyone I encountered was friendly and extremely nice. I was immediately called back to my private room, no waiting. I was given the answers to questions I had as well as follow-up written information. The appointment was not long and I had her complete attention, no interruptions. I appreciated the way I was treated and the respect I was shown. Very good first impressions.
I had an 8 am appointment and because I made it inside to the receptionist at 8:16 i had to reschedule the appointment 😡 I definitely would not recommend this place because they do not care or value you're care at all!!
