I had an 8 am appointment and because I made it inside to the receptionist at 8:16 i had to reschedule the appointment 😡 I definitely would not recommend this place because they do not care or value you're care at all!!
Update 2025: no improvement. UPDATE 2024: Ridiculous. Worst front office staff I have ever had to deal with. If I hadn't called to confirm this morning, I would have showed up for a fourth appointment FOR WHICH THEY HAD NO RECORD. That's right, the fourth trip up there only to be turned away. Here's my previous review: Last year (2022) somebody called, ostensibly from the clinic, said I missed an appointment and that if I didn't schedule one TODAY, they would "take away your (cpap) machine." Horrible !!!!! They have yet to call me to schedule an appointment so now I’m going to have to drive to Jacksonville for a sleep study.
