I have been trying for two days to get a clarification on some medicine prescribed by this office. Anna was going to mark my concerns as urgent at 9:30 this morning. it's 5:15, no call!! Terrible service. I also spoke to Anna yesterday, and everything she told me yesterday was not true. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have been a patient there for several years.
WORST EVER!!! I visited Dr. Huang on 2/14/2020 for surgical clearance. Dr. Huang cleared me while I was in the office. However, it is now March 9, 2020 and he has yet to provide clearance documentation to my surgeon. Every time I call, which has been almost every business day since, I am told his Nurse will call me. Needless to say, I have not heard from anyone from this office! If there is any other provider/facility you can use for your testing or health condition, I strongly encourage you to do so!

They are the only game in town and they don't have to be polite, good or efficient. They lost my first referral. so the second time after waiting a week for them to contact me for an appointment as they were supposed to, I called them. After being put on hold for a long time I was disconnected. The second time I called I was told I have been scheduled a week before for an appointment four months later and neither I nor my primary doctor's office was informed. Dr. Thabes is probably the worst doctor I have ever seen! If you value you or your families life you will not go here!!
I am giving them one star because zero isn't an option. I don't have time to detail all the problems I've had with these people (scheduling, billing, doctor, records), but I've been trying to get my apnea treated since November. This is May, and I'm STILL waiting for them to send my records to Desloge so I can get my CPAP. The extent to which they do not give a shit is astounding. And I can't even get ahold of anyone to address my issues! STAY AWAY!!!
